BBMRI-ERIC and the ICSC, the Italian National Research Center in High Performance Computing, Big Data and Quantum Computing, implemented and managed by the ICSC Foundation, have officially expressed their strong interest in fostered collaboration by signing a Memorandum of Understanding.
BBMRI-ERIC and the ICSC Foundation are both founding Nodes of the EOSC Federation. In this crucial build-up stage, the Federation links data repositories and services that will be instrumental for Open Science to progress in Europe.
This intention to collaborate finds its clearest expression and culminates in the participation of ICSC to the Europe Biobank Week 2025 in Bologna, represented by the President of its Foundation, prof. Antonio Zoccoli.
